WAYA currently delivers in Sweden, but our ambition and hope is that we will soon be able to deliver to several countries within Europe. If you want delivery to another country, contact us at contact@wayasweden.com and we will try to help you find a solution for delivery to the country you want.
PAYMENTS
Below are the different payment options that WAYA offers
CARD PAYMENT
Secure card payment with either VISA, Mastercard, American Express where no card fees are added. Card payments are secure and encrypted.
THE READY
Klarna is a secure and flexible overall solution. You can choose how you want to pay: Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now or Klarna Slice it. See below description of what the different payment options mean.
KLARNA PAY LATER
Invoice, without invoice fee, has a payment period of 30 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent to the email you registered when placing the order. In case of non-payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 is added. If the invoice is still not paid, late payment interest of 24% plus applicable reference interest is added. If still no payment is made, the line can be handed over for collection processing where additional collection costs may be added. When you choose invoice, Klarna takes over the right to get paid and your payment of the invoice thus goes to Klarna. Here you can read more about the conditions for Klarna Invoice.
KLARNA PAY NOW
Via Klarna's Pay directly, you can make a payment directly from your bank account. If your bank account has previously been registered for direct payment with us or via Klarna's customer portal or for previous purchases, it is sufficient that you approve the payment with Mobilt BankID. If you are not already registered for direct payment, you can do so with simple steps and then confirm with Mobilt BankID. Your bank details are never shared with anyone except your bank.
KLARNA SLICE IT
Klarna Dela Upp is for you who want to split your payment over a period. Interest is added, so be extra careful to read through Klarna's credit conditions.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have completed your order and completed the purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email that you entered at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order, please contact us at contact@wayasweden.com. In the confirmation you will find all information regarding your order such as product, quantity, size, selected payment option and delivery option. If any information in the confirmation is incorrect, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct any errors.
SOLD OUT PRODUCTS
If an item turns out to be out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the product. The item will be refunded via the chosen payment solution and the available items will be shipped as usual.
TAXES AND FEES
The price includes Swedish VAT of 25%. No other taxes or fees are added to the price.
