We hope you are satisfied with your item, but if you would like to exchange or return it, the following applies:

CHANGES

You always have the right to exchange your item with us. You can try the item in peace and quiet at home and you have a 14-day exchange right and open purchase. For exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods, according to the Distance Contracts Act. As a customer, you have the right to a refund if you cancel your purchase without giving any reason.

RETURN

You can make a return when the item is in the same condition as when delivered. The item must be unused and undamaged. The item must not have been used or washed, all labeling must remain on the garment in the same way as when delivered. WAYA has the right to refuse a return if these criteria are not met.

You have 14 days to make your return after receiving your item.

Our e-commerce bags are resealable, so please use that packaging when returning, but make sure to remove old shipping labels from the outside of the package before you put a new return shipping label on the package.

Returns/exchanges are sent by DHL to Textile Fashion Logistics AB, Malmgatan 16, 602 24 Norrköping. A return slip is included with the shipment.

RETURN SHIPPING

The return fee for sending your item back is SEK 49 and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

REFUND

If the return is approved, a refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, with a deduction of SEK 49 for return shipping. It may take up to 14 days for the money to appear in your account.
