Seamless
Seamless technology is a method used to produce garments without visible seams, where the garment is knitted directly. This innovation has proven to be an excellent and resource-efficient alternative, as it minimizes material waste during the manufacturing process of the garments.
Additionally, seamless garments offer the advantage of increased comfort as they mold more closely to the body's contours, providing a better fit and enhanced freedom of movement.
WOOL
Wool is a fantastic natural fiber with many unique properties. Its insulating ability regulates body temperature effectively, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer. The fiber structure allows wool to absorb moisture without feeling wet, keeping you dry and comfortable.
Wool is also known for its natural elasticity, giving clothes and textiles flexibility and shape stability over time. In addition, wool is naturally resistant to dirt and odor, which makes it easy to care for.
Polyamide
In our seamless garments, we use the yarn Q-NOVA, which is a type of recycled nylon fiber produced by Fulgar, a company that specializes in the development and production of innovative fibers and yarns for the textile industry.
The Q-NOVA yarn is made made from recycled waste from production. By utilizing this yarn, we contribute to reducing the environmental impact.
Polymaid is inherently durable and water-repellent, which makes the polyamide very good for use in functional clothing.
Cotton
Cotton is a widely favored material with numerous beneficial properties. It is natural, breathable, and soft, offering comfort and suitability for various types of garments. Our primary choice is Organic cotton, recognized as a superior alternative to conventionally grown cotton. Additionally, we actively seek out leftover materials, often referred to as deadstock, which typically result from overproduction. By utilizing these leftover materials, we effectively manage resources that might otherwise be discarded or incinerated.
